Privacy notice
Information the service uses
Cutline stores your name, email address, password hash, account and billing status, usage totals, project settings, uploaded media and generated outputs. It uses session cookies for account access. It also processes request information needed for security and rate limits.
Why it is used
This information supports account sign-in, email verification, password resets, video editing and rendering, billing, usage limits and abuse prevention. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to projects is checked against the signed-in account.
Service providers
Hostinger provides the hosting infrastructure and account email delivery. Email delivery processes your address and verification or password-reset message. Speech transcription runs locally on the server. Stripe handles payment details through its hosted checkout and billing portal when billing is enabled; the studio stores subscription identifiers and status. Generated voice processing is currently disabled.
Media and retention
Uploaded source files stay with the project so you can edit and render again. Deleting a project removes its media, output and eligible cache from active service storage. Account, usage and billing records are separate from project media and are not removed by project deletion. There is no automatic account deletion control in this early-access release.
Cookies and browser storage
The account session cookie is used to keep you signed in. The studio does not require advertising cookies to edit videos. Signing out invalidates your current account session.
Your choices
You can change project content, download rendered videos, delete projects and sign out. Only upload information and media you are comfortable processing through this early-access service. Keep your own copy of valuable media.
